- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large can English peas
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except cheese and crackers.

2Pour into large buttered baking dish.

3Spread grated cheese over this to cover.

4Then spread crackers (crushed) over cheese and casserole. Bake until good and bubbly or long enough for vegetables to be tender.
