  • 1 can yellow cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten slightly
  • 2 Tbsp. each: pimentos, onion, green pepper
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

    Mix egg with corn and milk, then add other ingredients and mix well.

    Bake in hot (450°) oven for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and cook for 20 to 25 minutes more.

    Leftover ham or tuna fish may be added for a tasty main dish.
