- 1 can Niblets corn (not drained)
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- 2 oz. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients and pour into large casserole (9 x 13-inch).

3If it seems too dry, add a little more milk.

4Bake 45 to 50 minutes (until cooked in center).
