- 2 (15 oz. each) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 1/2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix corn, 1 cup cheese and onion.

2Add remaining ingredients, except remaining cheese.

3Mix well.

4Pour mixture in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Add remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

7Makes 6 servings.
