  • 2 (15 oz. each) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix corn, 1 cup cheese and onion.

    Add remaining ingredients, except remaining cheese.

    Mix well.

    Pour mixture in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.

    Add remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
