- 2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Dixie Crystal sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 oz. pimento, drained and chopped (optional)
- 1/2 small onion, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
