  • 2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Dixie Crystal sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 oz. pimento, drained and chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
