  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped and undrained

Directions

    Melt butter in a large baking dish.

    Mix well the other ingredients and pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until pie is firm when pressed in center.

    The corn meal comes to top and forms a thin crust.
