  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimientos, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
