- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 to 1 c. whole kernel corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk (1 c. per person)
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onion in water (just enough to cover) until tender.

2Add corn.

3Heat to simmering stage, add salt and pepper to taste and some margarine.

4Then add milk, about a cup per person. Don't boil, but serve hot.

5Serves 2 to 3.
