- 2 small potatoes, diced
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon, stirring frequently, approximately 4 minutes. Drain.

2Add potatoes and water.

3Simmer until potatoes are cooked, approximately 15 minutes.

4Add corn and evaporated milk.

5Salt and pepper.

6Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
