  • 1 lb. bacon, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch strips
  • 2 small potatoes, diced
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Fry bacon, stirring frequently, approximately 4 minutes. Drain.

    Simmer until potatoes are cooked, approximately 15 minutes.
