- 3 oz. bacon
- 6 oz. onion
- 1 1/3 oz. flour
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
- 2 c. milk (hot)
Directions

1In soup pot fry bacon crisp, drain.

2Add onion and cook until clear.

3To bacon and onion add flour.

4Cook on low heat 3 to 4 minutes.

5Do not brown flour.

6Add chicken broth to flour slowly; stir until smooth.

7Add corn, potatoes and milk; heat through.

8Do not bring to boil.

9It will scorch easily.
