  • 2 slices salt pork or bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion or more
  • 3 c. diced potatoes
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 3 c. corn
  • 4 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Dice pork or bacon and saute in pot.

    Add onion (I use more onion than recipe calls for) and cook until tender.

    Add potatoes and water and simmer until potatoes are tender.

    Add the corn, seasonings and scalded milk.
