- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. water
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. Coffee-mate
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. can kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Combine bacon and onion in large saucepan.

2Cook until bacon is crisp and onion tender.

3Blend in flour; cook 1 minute without browning.

4Add 2 cups water, potatoes, sage and bay leaf.

5Cover and cook until potato is tender (10 to 15 minutes).

6Remove bay leaf.

7Add creamer, 1 cup boiling water, cheese, corn and seasonings.

8Heat until boiling and cheese melts.
