- 1/4 c. butter (margarine)
- 4 medium onions, diced
- 4 medium baking potatoes, diced (2-inch cubes)
- 1 c. water
- 1 pkg. frozen corn (20 oz.)
- 2 c. half and half
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
Directions

1In a large saucepan, melt butter or margarine.

2Add onions. Saute until pale in color (do not brown).

3Add potatoes, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

4Heat to boiling.

5Reduce heat.

6Cover.
-
7Cook until tender (15 to 20 minutes).

8Add corn, creamed corn, half and half and milk.

9Continue cooking (no cover) on medium heat, 25 to 30 minutes.

10Stir occasionally.

11Makes 6 cups.
