- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon.

2Crumble and set aside.

3Reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings. Saute onion in drippings until tender. Add potatoes and water.

4Cover and simmer until tender. Stir in milk, corn, salt and pepper.

5Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until thoroughly heated.

6Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.

7Serves 4 to 6.
