  • 1/2 lb. bacon, sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans corn
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Saute bacon and onion until lightly browned.
