- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 c. water
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 2 (11 oz.) cans corn
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Saute bacon and onion until lightly browned.

2Add potatoes and water.

3Cook until tender.

4Add evaporated milk, corn, salt, pepper and butter.

5Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
