- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. diced and cooked potatoes
- 1 c. diced and cooked carrots
- 1 c. diced and cooked celery
- 1 c. diced and cooked ham
- 2 c. fresh corn or 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 3 dashes of pepper
Directions

1In large pan, cook onions until tender, but not brown.

2Mix all ingredients.

3Cook on low heat until near boiling.

4Stir often to prevent sticking.

5Improves with standing.

6Better the next day.
