- 6 slices bacon
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 5 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 cans corn, undrained
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- Chopped parsley
Directions

1Chop or cut the bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and saute with the onion.

2Put the diced potatoes in water to cover and boil until done, 15-20 minutes.

3Add the bacon mixture to the undrained potatoes.

4Add the evaporated milk and the corn.

5Make a roux of the flour and water and add it to the soup to thicken.

6Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
