- 5 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin
- 2 c. corn Niblets (about 1 can)
- 1 c. diced, cooked potato
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon very crisp; crumble. Fry onion in bacon fat (or other).

2Combine all ingredients.

3Heat to just below boiling point and remain for a few minutes for flavor.

4Reheat to desired temperature and serve.
