Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 5 medium potatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 5 to 7 strips bacon

Directions

    Simmer onion and potatoes in small amount of water until mushy.

    Do not drain.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add oleo, cheese, corn and half and half to potato mixture.

    Crumble cooked bacon on top.

    Cook slowly for 1 hour or longer.
