- 1 small onion
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon bouillon (I prefer beef or vegetable but chicken will work)
- 2 cups milk
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups frozen corn
Directions

1Saute onions in butter, than add flour.

2Add water, bullion, and milk, and bring to low boil.

3Add potatoes, cover, and keep at low boil for 15 minutes.

4Stir as needed.

5Add garlic, spices, and corn, cook for another 10 minutes.
