  • 1/4 lb. bacon, browned and crumbled
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. cooked potatoes, diced and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn

Directions

    Saute onions in bacon drippings until tender.

    Add chicken broth, potatoes, creamed corn, bacon, milk and seasonings.

    Heat. Do not boil.
