- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. frozen corn
- 3 (12 oz.) Carnation milk
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. bacon
- salt
Directions

1Peel and dice potatoes bite-size.

2Cook until soft.

3Fry bacon. Dump grease.

4Cut into small pieces.

5In large pot, put potatoes, bacon, corn and Carnation milk (enough to cover potatoes).

6Add butter; salt to taste.

7Heat on low to medium heat, stirring bottom to keep from burning.

8Heat until corn is cooked.
