- 2 c. diced onion
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 slices bacon, cut up in small pieces
- 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 cans evaporated milk
Directions

1Saute vegetables (except carrots) with bacon and add to cooked potatoes.

2(When you boil potatoes, cook a very short time, so they don't mush.)

3Add corn, butter and milk last, do not boil after adding milk, it will curdle.
