  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • salt if desired
  • bit of pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn or cream-style
  • cracker crumbs
  • pieces of butter or oleo
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    In a casserole dish place a layer of sliced potatoes, a layer of onion, a layer of corn and a thin layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat until ingredients are gone.

    Cover top with a layer of cracker crumbs; add milk over all.

    Place butter pieces over top. Bake at 350° from 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
