- 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 ounce) can corn (whole kernel)
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until golden brown.

2Add broth and potato and simmer until potato is tender.

3Add corn and milk, blend well.

4Season with salt and pepper, then bring to a boil.

5Remove from heat and stir some of chowder into egg.

6Add mixture back to pan and blend well.

7Simmer until heated through.

8Serve immediately.
