- 6 pints Water
- 3 packages Sure-Jel
- 6 cups Sugar
Directions

1Boil corn cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. If needed, add enough water to make 6 cups of liquid. Add Sure-Jel and bring to a full boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 or 3 minutes until it reaches jelly stage.
