  • 12 average size corncobs
  • 4 pt. water
  • 6 red and 6 white corncobs
  • 1 box Sure Jell
  • 3 c. sugar
  • few drops red food coloring

Directions

    Pick, shell, look and wash vegetables. Wash jars and lids in soapy water; rinse and scald in hot water. Pack peas or beans in jars.

    Put 1/2 teaspoon salt to a pint, 1 teaspoon to a quart. Have tips in hot water.

    Fill jars with hot water and seal.
