  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained or 2 c.

Directions

    Put eggs, flour, sugar, milk and salt into blender.

    Blend well.

    Add corn and blend again.

    Pour into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven.
