Ingredients

  • 2 c. corn
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. soft type margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. shredded American cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.

    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

    Place in pan of hot water and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
