- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. soft type margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. shredded American cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and stir until blended.

2Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

3Place in pan of hot water and bake in preheated moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
