- 1 1/2 tsp. butter or oleo
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1In a deep 1/2-quart casserole dish, heat milk, uncovered, on Full power for 2 1/2 minutes or until scalded in microwave.

2Add butter and stir until butter is melted.

3Stir in eggs, sugar, salt and pepper; blend well.

4Stir in corn and heat, uncovered, on Roast for 16 or 17 minutes.

5Set aside 5 minutes to finish cooking.
