  • 1/2 bell pepper, minced
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. Accent
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Grease saucepan and saute onions and bell pepper.

    Add rest of ingredients.

    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes to corn.

    Cook down, over medium-low heat at least 1/2 hour or more until thick.

    Serves 6 to 8.
