  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can white corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 teaspoon chili powder
  • 12 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 18 teaspoon garlic powder
  • tortilla chips, for dipping

Directions

    Dice cream cheese and bring to room temperature.

    Drain corn and tomatoes and mix together.

    Mix in cream cheese.

    Add chili powder, cumin and garlic powder.

    Top with shredded cheddar cheese

    Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in a glass pie plate or shallow casserole dish.
