  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except corn meal.

    Add corn meal just as it is in the box.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased Pyrex dish for about 1 hour at 350°.
