  • 2/3 c. corn meal
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. wieners

Directions

    Combine corn meal, flour and salt.
  2. 2
    Add egg, oil and milk. Coat each wiener with flour and insert onto a cooking fork or a wooden skewer.

    Dip into corn meal mixture, coating all sides. Fry a few at a time in hot fat until golden brown.

    Serve with mustard, catsup or chili sauce.
