  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes, covered, then uncover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
