- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. crushed corn flake cereal (1 1/3 c. uncrushed)
- 2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Spread half of butter in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle with half of cereal.

4Stir baking mix and water until soft dough forms.

5Beat vigorously 20 strokes.

6Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cereal.

7Drizzle with remaining butter.

8Press remaining cereal into dough.

9Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
