- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites until almost stiff.

2Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff.

3Beat in salt.

4Fold in corn flakes and coconut.

5Drop mixture by teaspoon onto well-greased cookie sheet.

6Bake in slow oven (275°) for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
