- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and beat well.

2Drop by small dips into hot fat at 350°.

3Be sure they cook long enough that centers are done.
