  • 1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn or 1 pt. young fresh corn
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and beat well.

    Drop by small dips into hot fat at 350°.

    Be sure they cook long enough that centers are done.
