- 1 egg
- 2 1/3 c. biscuit mix
- salad oil
- syrup
Directions

1Heat 2 to 3-inches oil in 375° heavy skillet.

2Pour liquid from corn into medium bowl. Add egg and biscuit mix.

3Stir until smooth.

4Fold in corn.

5Drop tablespoonfuls of batter into hot oil. Fry to golden brown, turning once.

6Drain on paper towel. Serve hot with syrup.

7Makes 24 fritters.
