- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn (use a whole can)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. milk
- approximately 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Put dry ingredients together.

2Blend milk and egg.

3Add gradually to dry ingredients.

4Stir in corn.

5Drop by tablespoons (or like pancakes from cup) into hot fat.

6Fry 2 to 5 minutes until brown. Drain on paper.
