  • 1 pt. fresh corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

    Cut corn from cob, scraping the cob.

    Add milk and flour to eggs. Beat until fairly smooth. Add corn and butter; mix well. Spoon into pan of medium-hot oil. Brown on both sides. Freeze leftovers for reheating.
