1In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add milk and bring back to a boil. Slowly add grits and then corn; reduce heat to medium low and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Add butter or margarine and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
