- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 3/4 stick margarine
- self rising corn meal
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 or 4 slices of bread crumbs
- 6 or 7 beaten eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sage to taste
- poultry seasoning to taste
Directions

1Bring to boil broth and margarine in a large tall pan.

2Add enough corn meal to the consistency of corn bread.

3Remove from heat.

4Add onions, celery, bread crumbs, and eggs.

5Mix well.

6Add salt, pepper, sage, and poultry seasoning to taste.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
