- 1/3 c. corn meal
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 2 pkg. yeast powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Combine corn meal, 1/3 cup sugar, salt, margarine and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick in a large saucepan.

2When cool, add yeast which has been dissolved with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup warm water.

3Add eggs and beat until mixed.

4Add flour and knead until elastic.

5Let rise to double.

6Make rolls out and let rise.

7Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven.
