- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 can creamed corn
Directions

1Brown onions, bell pepper and ground beef.

2Add 2 tablespoons chili powder, then mix tomato paste and creamed corn, salt and pepper.

3Simmer mixture for 25 minutes.

4Add little water, if needed.

5Cook 1 bag egg noodles; drain.

6Add layer of noodles and layer of meat mixture.

7Cover with grated sharp cheese.

8Cook at 350° in oven for 30 minutes.
