- (11 oz.) can Corn, drained
- 1 1/2 lb. Hamburg
- 1 tbsp. Flour
- (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Chives, drained
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions

1Spread corn in an ungreased 10 x 6 x 2 baking dish.

2In medium skillet, brown hamburg.

3Drain off excess fat.

4Add flour. Stir one minute.

5Stir in tomato sauce, garlic and cinnamon.

6Pour over corn in dish.

7Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

8Meanwhile, combine eggs and cottage cheese.

9Spread over meat mixture.

10Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

11Bake 10-15 minutes more. Serves 6.
