- 2 cans corn (whole kernel)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Drain corn. Add well beaten eggs, seasonings and flour.

2Mix well. Batter will be thin.

3Heat oil medium to hot.

4Drop spoonfuls in pan. Brown on both sides. Reduce heat and cook gently on both sides until center is cooked. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with meat course!
