- 1/4 c oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/4 c white vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 can shoepeg corn
- 1 can English peas
- 1 4 oz jar pimento
- 1 large bell pepper cut fine
- 1 medium vidalia onion, chopped
Directions

1Mix oil, vinegar, and sugar together.

2Bring this mixture to a boil.

3Set this off to cool about five minutes.

4pour over corn and pea mixture.

5Set in refrigerator until cool.
