- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, drained
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can Mexican stewed tomatoes, drained
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in skillet until meat crumbles. Drain well.

2Stir in corn, beans, tomatoes and pepper.

3Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.

4Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

5Set aside.

6Mix cornbread according to package directions and pour over mixture.

7Bake at 400° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
