Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter (do not use margarine)
  • 1 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 bags Corn Pops (found in potato chip aisle, do not use Corn Pops, the cereal)

Directions

    Put Corn Pops in a big bowl and set aside.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a large pan and cook over medium heat.
  3. 3
    Stir constantly until the butter is melted.
  4. 4
    Bring to a boil and continue cooking to the firm ball stage.
  5. 5
    Remove from heat and pour over Corn Pops.
  6. 6
    Mix thoroughly.
